Email Etiquette

When I learnt about email etiquette it was not to new to me because I know not to email my teacher the same way that I email my friends. I also must use capitals in a right tense like at the start of a sentence and when I say their name or surname.  You must also use commas in the right places, and that you must not use full caps when messaging a teacher or an adult. You must also spell everything right and do not use slang or bad words.

The Wonder of Life

When I first saw this book I thought that I wouldn't like the book "Wonder" but I loved the book. The author ( Raquel J. Palacio ) was amazing. I love her work she made me feel like I was August living his life and I LOVED IT.

What stood out the most for me was. When August went to his first day of school in Grade 5. He didn't have any friends but then a bunch of people came and should him around the school and they became his friends. They were not just his friends, they protect him from bully's. So August can always count on they.

The story has changed me in a way that I want to tell the bully's "NO". I feel that if I was August, I would feel neglected, upset and like I don't belong in the world, but August didn't let the fact that he was different change anything he is a normal boy and always will be and that makes me feel strong.

I feel like I identify Olivia because she protects her brother ( like I do), she is nervous ( like I am ), she has a descent amount of friends ( like I do) and she ( and August) misses her dog ( like I do).

I think every teen or adult should read this book it is life changing and it make you feel sad but happy at the same time, I think every teen and adult would love the book " Wonder" , and if  you are a teen or an adult reading this blog then you should read " Wonder" too.

 

Our Tech creation

In Tech we maid a clay character that had to be a superhero or a villain. we were also in teams and I was with Cami, we had to think of a superhero or villain and Cami and I decided  that we were going to make a villain, and her name is Time Arrow. we made Time Arrow because we both like rainbows, we both have blonde hair and we thought that a villain because it made the set a SET. The project is about learn how to be closer with you partner and learn new things together. I would just want to change all the smoothing on the clothes, change the hair texture and how she stands because her clothes are a bit dirty and bulky, change the hair texture because her hair is also dirty and a bit to thin and change the way she stands because she always falls and it is very difficult to get all the pictures of her moving. my frustrations are when she would not co operate when we needed her to. I got to spend more time with my friend and we got to work together to make something that comes from the heart.

Time with the Grade 4's

The Grade 6's (me) went to the Grade 4's, we went to go tell them about messaging. They were very kind to us and we were kind back. When we told them about messaging they payed so much attention to us. I told my Grade 4 (Sienna) about why to be careful when your messaging, why tone is very important and what is a tone and lastly why facial expression is important and also what is a facial expression. we also told them useful tips like mine was "If your friend takes your message the wrong way, don't get mad at them, just help them through it." So that is very true and you should follow it.

Dreams for 2017

One of my dreams for 2017 is to make a better relationship with all my teachers. Another dream is that I want to get to know more people that I have never talked to before. I want to make new friends because it would be nice to have more friends. One of my most wanted dream is to be able to do sports and run again. I really want this year to help in the nature world of the Earth. I also want to be able to help in the water system because we are in a drought  this year. I want to help the people in need, the people who need food, who need money to buy, water, medicine and food. i also want to help my friend who is having a bad time right now because she is moving so I want to support her the most I can. I also want to help the people who do have jobs to get money for their kids but they only get jobs as maids and gardeners. I want to help my family solve all the problems that we have been having in the house so i want to change that.
